What materials are your jewelry made from?
Get to know the demi-fine difference. At Casa Di, we believe that everyone deserves a touch of luxury without the hefty price tag. That’s why we never compromise on quality. Each piece is crafted from gold-plated 925 sterling silver, making our jewelry hypoallergenic, waterproof and tarnish-resistant.
While our pieces are designed to withstand everyday wear - whether you’re showering, sweating, or even sleeping - for the best long-term care, we recommend removing your jewelry when showering or sleeping and avoiding prolonged exposure to water, lotions, and perfumes.
Please note that while our jewelry is durable, it’s not solid gold, so the plating may naturally fade over time. With proper care, your Casa Di pieces will remain stunning for years to come.
How do I take care of my jewelry?
To keep your gold-plated 925 sterling silver jewelry looking its best long term, avoid exposure to water, lotions, perfumes, and sweat. Remove your jewelry before showering, swimming, or sleeping. Store it in a dry, airtight container when not in use, and gently clean with a soft cloth to maintain its shine.
Do you offer custom orders?
Yes! We’re happy to create custom pieces for you. If you’d like any of our designs made into fine jewelry - such as 18K gold with lab-grown diamond, we can make it happen. Just send us an email, and we’ll guide you through the process!
How do I know my ring size?
Find your perfect fit by using the below method:

Measure the internal diameter of the ring (in mm).

Sizing mistakes happen, so we make exchanges easy for any rings that don’t fit just right!

How does Pre-Order work?
The availability to submit a pre-order opens on 3/4 and closes on 3/10. All pre-orders will be processed and shipped beginning March 12, 2025.
When will my orders ship?
Please allow 1-5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Once your order is placed, we will send you a tracking number, so you can keep an eye out!
Made a mistake - need to cancel my order!
No worries! If you need to cancel an order, please email us from the “CONTACT” page with your order number immediately. We are unable to make changes to an order once it’s been processed.
Do you ship internationally?
Casa Di is aiming to ship worldwide! However, at this time we currently only ship within the US. We’ll announce once we’ve gone international and we appreciate your patience as our small business grows!
Return & Exchange Questions?
We want you to love your Casa Di jewelry, but if something isn’t quite right, we’ve got you covered!
Returns & Exchanges
- We accept returns for store credit or exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, in original packaging, and in sellable condition.
- Earrings and custom orders are final sale due to hygiene and personalization.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll gladly replace or repair it.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Need a return label? We can provide one for a $5 restocking fee (deducted from store credit).
- If we made a mistake (wrong item, defect), we’ll cover the shipping.
